Placing an Order
Order Acceptance and Billing
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Products, as well as all shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.
In addition to any other remedies available to it, ACE Recycling may in its sole discretion restrict or terminate your account, or cancel or refuse orders for violations of, or abuse of the ACE Recycling returns policy.
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order”, “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. ACE Recycling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All tariffs, duties, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased and the destination of the Products. You can see each product’s estimated arrival date during the checkout process. Items are not shipped on weekends.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur, but tracking numbers and updates will be provided with every order. Feel free to contact us with any questions if your confirmation email doesn’t contain the information you need.
ACE Recycling unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items
All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. ACE Recycling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the course of shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Please contact our customer support team if you need more information or have questions.
