Digital Program Editing: This allows you to select a sequence of 20 scenes and controls dubbing via i.LINK to another i.LINK camcorder, or via infra-red remote to an analog VCR. Controls both Sony and other brands' camcorders and VCRs.

Program AE (Auto Exposure) Modes: Program AE modes make recording easy even when filming challenging situations. Choose from Portrait, Beach and Ski, Sports Lesson, Landscape, Spotlight, or Sunset & Moon modes.
