Returns and Exchanges

At ACE Recycling, we understand it is important to trust the company you are purchasing from.  We strive to make the return process as straightforward as possible so you can buy with confidence.  

We appreciate your trust in us and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Items covered by ACE Recycling’s Standard Return Policy, those items for which ACE Recycling states, “This item is covered by ACE Recycling’s Standard Return Policy,” can be returned for a refund or replacement.  You must request a return within 30 days of the invoice date.

CONSUMABLE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Items covered by ACE Recycling’s Consumable Product Return Policy, those items for which ACE Recycling states, “This item is covered by ACE Recycling’s Consumable Product Return Policy,” cannot be returned.  Consumable products may include but are not limited to printer ink, toner cartridges, gift cards, CD/DVD media, etc., that are consumed once they are used.

MANUFACTURER SEALED RETURN POLICY

Items covered by ACE Recycling’s Manufacturer Sealed Return Policy, those items for which ACE Recycling states, “This item is covered by ACE Recycling’s Manufacturer Sealed Return Policy,” can be returned for a refund or replacement.  You must request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. The item(s) must be returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging and all components.

Return Guidelines

All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • You must request a return within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Products returned to ACE Recycling in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return:
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for return (i.e., return indicated for not powering on and works properly upon inspection).
    • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number, service tag number, model number, part number, and/or manufacturer model.
    • Any product that does not match the serial number, service tag number, model number, part number, and/or manufacturer model of the original product purchased.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, charger, and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage, including but not limited to damage caused by water, impact (dropping it), etc.  If you received your product damaged, please see “Reporting a Shipping Problem”.  This would not be considered a return.
    • Any product that has been tampered with, customized or altered in any way.  This includes but is not limited to the installation of antivirus software other than what is built into Microsoft Windows 10, installing/uninstalling software or hardware, missing parts, etc.
    • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box or product itself.

Return Shipping

To return an item, place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to  ACE Recycling Returns, 10297 West Van Buren Street, Suite 16, Tolleson, AZ 85353.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  ACE Recycling strongly recommends using a trackable method of shipping for returns.

ACE Recycling does not charge for shipping labels from returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong product, products damaged during shipping, or if the product did not match what was shown on aceewaste.com.

In the event, a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does not match what was shown on aceewaste.com, the return shipping cost initially covered by ACE Recycling will instead be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

ACE Recycling does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at ACE Recycling.  We do not cross-ship.  Returns must be received, inspected, and approved before a refund or replacement is issued.

Refused shipments are treated as a regular return.

A defective product that is returned may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at ACE Recycling’s discretion.

Nothing in the Return Policy limits your rights or remedies under any law.

 

Returning an Item

A return can be initiated through your account.

Return Procedures

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to ACE Recycling.  The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery, tracking, and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.  The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the returned product(s) during shipping.  The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, including all original packaging, manuals, and other accessories.  If any component of the returned product is missing, ACE Recycling’s Return Policy will be breached and ACE Recycling may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for the replacement of the missing component(s).  ACE Recycling will not refund the original shipping charges to the customer.  ACE Recycling reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price.

Packaging Returns

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.  Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or product defacement will result in your return being denied.

Refund Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after its arrival at ACE Recycling.  Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used to purchase the item.  Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account.  If the original payment method is not longer available, ACE Recycling will mail a check to the billing address listed on your account.
